What began in 2002 has grown into a practice recognized across the United States. With a background in Colombia and Ireland, Carlos G. Sanchez has led projects that range from multifamily housing to education, retail, and senior living communities — always guided by a vision of building environments that enrich people’s lives.

Carlos G. Sanchez, AIA, LEED AP, is a licensed architect in North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, Texas and Georgia. With an NCARB certificate and more than 20 years of professional practice, his work has been honored with design awards in both the U.S. and Colombia. Beyond architecture, he actively contributes to nonprofit boards and industry organizations, reinforcing his commitment to community and design excellence.
